We recommend using the Firefox ESR 52.9 browser for later versions of Mac OS High Sierra, and it should not be updated for later versions.

How to install java in Mac OS?
Installation of Java for Mac OS of 10.11 or higher (El Capitan)

How to set up timestamps bought outside SaphetyGov?

What does SaphetyGov’s specialized support consist in?
Services Pricing
SaphetyGov Platform Support
The SaphetyGov portal support service is performed remotely, in real time, to a user.
This service consists of the functional support of the platform, clarification of doubts
and follow-up in the implementation of actions, namely: presentation of
applications and submission of proposals.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• Support for one user/equipment/ procedure;
• Maximum duration of support service is 1 hour;
• The equipment used must meet the technical conditions for using the
SaphetyGov platform (minimum mandatory requirements transmitted in the email of
registration on the platform);
• The documents to be submitted on the platform must be finalised and ready to
submit;
• The equipment used must have TeamViewer software installed in the version
recommended by the SaphetyGov platform;
• Description of the application, at the time of subscription, should include:
Name of the contracting authority;
Identification of the procedure (name and reference);
Deadline for submission of the application/proposal;
Date/time required for support;
• The installation of applications is outside the scope of this support (you can
subscribe to the computer support service);
• The implementation of the support is dependent of scheduling confirmation by the
SaphetyGov platform customer service;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service shall be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.

IT Support
The computer support service is carried out remotely, in real time, to one user.
This service consists of the installation of the applications necessary for the correct use
platforms, namely: Java Virtual Machine, Java Cryptography Extension, etc.
This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the platform SaphetyGov.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• Support for one user/one piece of equipment;
• Maximum duration of support service is 1 hour;
• More than 1 app may be installed during the support period application;
• The equipment used must meet the technical conditions for the use of the SaphetyGov platform (minimum mandatory requirements transmitted in the email of registration on the platform);
• The installation of software using the SaphetyGov platform is exclusive to the Microsoft Windows operating system;
• The macOS/Linux operating system is not covered by this service;
• The monitoring of the response process to SaphetyGov procedures is outside the scope of this service.
• The client must indicate the desired date/time for the support;
• The execution of the support is subject to confirmation of scheduling by the SaphetyGov platform customer service;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service shall be suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.
Price: EUR 80 + VAT (at the current legal rate).
Private Key Generation
The private key generation service, foresees the generation of new private key as how to recover the decryption key from a procedure in the process of submission or opening of tenders.
This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the platform SaphetyGov.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• 1 Private recovery procedure for request;
• Sending a formal request to the platform's customer support service SaphetyGov (email sent by jury or procedure manager with knowledge of the jury team);
• Submission of the documentation applicable to the validation of the application (if applicable);
• The private key file will be delivered encrypted on a USB stick or CD and the file decryption password will be sent by email to members of the jury;
• The client must send the "Private Key Recovery Request" form, properly completed, indicating the desired delivery method and option of service required (with or without urgency charge);
• The implementation of the support is subject to confirmation of scheduling by the SaphetyGov platform customer service;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 2 working days (does not include mail order dispatch times);
• The urgency fee service ensures that the key is generated on the same day (orders awarded by 5 p.m.);
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service will be suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.

Procedure Rectification
The procedure data correction service is designed to correct information in some fields of the SaphetyGov platform, usually those resulting from user typing errors.
The execution of the request may imply the re-sending of the files to the Base Portal.
Applicable to requests such as:
• Correction of procedure name;
• Association/dissociation/change of "previous procedure";
• Change of procedure status;
• Change of base value (direct adjustment, up to phase analysis/waiting response);
• Change from "completed" to "enabling" procedure state;
• Change of date of decision to contract (procedures in completed state);
• Addition of ECDC element;
• Update of supplier entities' fiscal data (procedures to take place).
This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the platform SaphetyGov.
The acquisition of this service presupposes the acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• 1 change by procedure for request;
- Up to 3 amendments per procedure (subject to prior validation) may be accepted in the same application;
- Description of the application, at the time of subscription, should include:
Identification (name and reference) of the procedure;
Correction to be made (current value - desired value);
Date/time desired for the support;
- Contracting entity must communicate the correction action (through
generic notification);
- The implementation of the support is subject to confirmation of scheduling by the
SaphetyGov platform customer service;
- SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
- The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service will be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.

Procedure Export
The service consists of exporting procedures for digital support, to entities without an active SaphetyGov contract.
This type of request is subject to validation and acceptance by SaphetyGov platform.
The acquisition of this service presupposes the acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• 1 export for request;
• The client must indicate the desired date/time;
• The documents can be stored in a compressed way (e.g. Zip file) or in a digital support (pen or CD);
• The implementation of the support is subject to confirmation of scheduling by the SaphetyGov platform customer service;
• The survey must be carried out at the SaphetyGov platform facilities, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., by one of the properly identified members of the jury;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service will be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.
Price: EUR 80 + VAT (at the current legal rate).
Transfer of User History
The service consists on the transfer of the history of actions carried out by a user on the SaphetyGov platform for another user.
This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the platform SaphetyGov.
The acquisition of this service presupposes the acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• 1 History transfer request per request;
• Indication of order details:
Name and email of user (original);
Name and email of the user (new, to which the history will be associated);
• Presentation of the documentation applicable to the validation of the order (if applicable);
• The conditions and deadline for delivery of the service will be subject to the submission of
commercial proposal;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service will be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.
Price: to be estimated in commercial proposal.
Special Requests
This service consists of carrying out actions not foreseen on the platform or outside the scope of support (free or advanced services).
All requests will be subject to technical, procedural and legal feasibility analysis, and If accepted, they will be the subject of a commercial proposal.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• Request subject to prior examination and confirmation of execution by the service SaphetyGov platform customer support;
• Not applicable to requests that compromise the management plan of product development, or performance of available features on the platform;
• Not applicable to legal support;
• Submission of documentation applicable to the validation of the application (if applicable);
• The conditions and deadline for delivery of the service will be subject to the submission of commercial proposal;
• SLA of service delivery: agreed in the tender procedure;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the statutory rate in force.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service will be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.

Hour Pack
This service is intended for the advance purchase of a pool of hours to carry out technical interventions within the client's project, in order to expedite the development process, by reducing the time relating to the commercial process (preparation of commercial proposal, award and payment of the service).
This service may include requests that do not alter the logic of the service of the implemented project nor require specification of technical requirements, including settings, change of settings, small developments or data/status update.
All requests will be subject to technical, procedural and legal feasibility analysis, and in case of acceptance, they will be subject to the customer's prior acceptance.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• Each individual order that fits into the pocket of hours (small manual developments/interventions) will be subject to feasibility analysis and confirmation of acceptance of implementation by the SaphetyGov platform;
• Before carrying out the action, the client must formally accept the conditions of service (conditions, time, hours to be discounted from the pack of hours);
• Not applicable to requests that compromise the management plan of product development, or the performance of available features on the platform;
• Not applicable to legal support;
• The conditions are valid for a period of 12 months;
• Sending a report on the consumption of the hourly pack;
• SLA of service delivery: agreed in the tender award procedure;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
Price:
In the event of failure to comply with the conditions indicated, the support service will be
suspended without any obligation to return the amounts paid.
4-hour purchase – 280€ 7+ VAT (at the current legal rate);
8-hours purchase – 500€ + VAT (at the legal rate in force);
24-hours purchase – 1200€+ VAT (at the legal rate in force);
75-hours purchase – 3000€ + VAT (at the current rate);

Urgency Fee
The service is intended to bring forward the expected delivery date of the support service (free or advanced).
The hiring of the urgency fee presupposes the prioritization of the request and resolution in less time than the standard service (free service) or immediate treatment (Advanced Service).
This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the SaphetyGov platform.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions: :
• Prepaid service;
• The desired date/time requires validation and confirmation of acceptance of the SaphetyGov platform customer service;
• The urgency fee is applicable to the advance delivery of support service lower than the contracted SLA. May be charged under standard support free of charge, or cumulatively, in the context of hiring Advanced Services;
• The conditions and delivery time of the service are subject to the presentation of commercial proposal;
• SLA of service delivery, after formal award/payment: up to 3 working days;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, the support service shall be
suspended without the obligation to return the amounts paid.

Hour Pack
This service is intended for the advance purchase of a pool of hours to carry out technical interventions within the client's project, in order to expedite the development process, by reducing the time relating to the commercial process (preparation of commercial proposal, award and payment of the service).
This service may include requests that do not alter the logic of the service of the implemented project nor require specification of technical requirements, including settings, change of settings, small developments or data/status update.
All requests will be subject to technical, procedural and legal feasibility analysis, and in case of acceptance, they will be subject to the customer's prior acceptance.
The acquisition of this service presupposes acceptance of the following conditions:
• Prepaid service;
• Each individual order that fits into the pocket of hours (small manual developments/interventions) will be subject to feasibility analysis and confirmation of acceptance of implementation by the SaphetyGov platform;
• Before carrying out the action, the client must formally accept the conditions of service (conditions, time, hours to be discounted from the pack of hours);
• Not applicable to requests that compromise the management plan of product development, or the performance of available features on the platform;
• Not applicable to legal support;
• The conditions are valid for a period of 12 months;
• Sending a report on the consumption of the hourly pack;
• SLA of service delivery: agreed in the tender award procedure;
• The price of the service does not include VAT at the current legal rate.

This service is subject to prior validation and acceptance by the SaphetyGov platform.
